I found this sleep spray to be very similar in design to a certain other famous sleep spray that’s a lot more pricey. I do use sleep sprays regularly, some are fabulous, others are insipid and I found this spray to be somewhere in the middle towards the upper end. It’s nicely presented and doesn’t have an overly pungent smell of lavender but has a complex unusual scent that instantly brings a bit of calm and tranquility. I found the fragrance beautiful but for me, it was a little to weak, so the scent seemed to evaporate into nothing within minutes of placing it on my pillow… and considering when you spray, you need to leave your pillow to dry for a few minutes, I found that by the time I lay my head on my pillow, there was just the minutest hint of scent left. This is probably wonderful for those who suffer headaches from strong aromatic scents but I like a heavy aroma to permeate my senses and this just didn’t. Despite the weak scent, I have been sleeping better since using this, but I cannot definitely attribute this spray to my better sleep, it could be a number of factors including the cooler nights…
I think this spray would be a good one to choose if you are a fan of the ‘this works’ sleep spray. It’s much more reasonable and for me, smells a lot lovelier.

I wanted to try this since my mom has troubles going to sleep – usually staying up until 1-2 am reading despite having to wake up at 4 am and working for 12 hours, so I had serious concerns about her health.
Since using this she has been going to bed at normal times and getting decent sleep before work. On her days off she gets a really deep sleep and also has not been waking up multiple times per night.
The scent is very pleasant – herbal and mild lavender, it does not seem like going to bed in pillows dowsed in perfume. The spray has a light mist that covers a decent area so you don’t need that many sprays to cover a pillow.
I would recommend giving this a try if you or a loved one has problems falling asleep or having restless sleep.

I tested out this Snoozy Spray product for the first time last night,before going to bed.I sprayedy pillow with it and a bit of mist on my duvet.
The spray has a decent enough aroma,but nothing spectacular.I have used other Sleep Sprays that have smelt better than this.The spray is dispensed via a push down trigger.The bottle has a cap to protect the trigger.As to whether it helped me to sleep any better is difficult to judge.I would probably need to use more extensively before being to properly pass judgement on that.Not too impressed with the presentation of the product.The square plastic bottle looks quite cheap and shabby,as opposed to a product that costs £13.99

I tried this spray mist on my pillow last night, and although I can’t say that I slept any better or worse, I found the scent of Lavender, Camomile and Vetivert very nice and relaxing.
Lavender and Camomile are already known to help reduce stress and anxiety, and according to a study, Vertivert, which has an earthy smell, increases the quality of breathing whilst asleep, so this product might be good for snorers.
I will continue to use it, as there is nothing better than a pleasant, calming aroma in the bedroom.

I’ve definitely noticed deeper and less broken sleep patterns since using this spray but I cannot guarantee that this is because of the spray itself. The scent is subtle but relaxing and I use it on my pillow right before I go to sleep.
I do recommend this combined with sleep oil for better sleep as this is what works for me as a light sleeper and overthinker!

This spray smells dreamy, excuse the pun. This definitely set the tone for bedtime and makes you drift off comfortably. I love a bed spray and I’m very impressed with one. The smell lasts and a little goes a long way.
