Tried this item as I saw it advertised elsewhere . I’m 51 and a support worker caring for physically disabled adults and over the last few months started suffering with lower back , hip and thigh pain in the early hours of the morning which was waking me up and getting out of bed was a feat in itself , I put these symptoms down to age and my job ( never suffered before ) . I have now tried this pillow for a week now and although I still have slight pain on getting out of bed it’s not waking me up anymore , I shall continue to use it as I believe it’s a product that needs to be used continually to get the maximum benefit . I always seem to wake up in the night and I’ve rolled onto my front. This left me waking up at all times of the night in agony unable to roll back onto my back. However since I’ve been using this cushion I’ve been sleeping on my side all night and I’m not having this problem anymore as it stops you from rolling onto your front. It’s very comfortable and I feel that my back is more supported even when I’m laying on my side. The cover is easy to remove,wash and put back.

I had been suffering from a painful hip when walking any significant distance and it was really starting to get me down as I’m only 32. I bought this pillow as I am troubled with sciatica and was willing to try anything. I was concerned as to whether I would be able to sleep comfortably with a pillow between between by knees but after a bit of fiddling to get it in the right position for me I dropped off to sleep quickly and was surprised when I woke up to find I had slept right through the night (an unusual occurrence for me!). After working in a manual job for over 20 years my husband back has finally caught up with him. Like many of you may know sleeping can be the worst time for him. For most of my life I have suffered from old injuries to my back and my right knee. Helped relieve my hip pain in the first couple of nights
I had been suffering from hip pain for a few months, so that it was extremely painful to get into and out of bed and every time I moved, the pain would wake me up. Getting desperate for some quality sleep I decided to take a chance on this pillow. I was very skeptical as initially it didn’t feel comfortable or natural to sleep in the correct position, however, the first night I slept better than I had anticipated and the pain was probably halved by the morning, the next day I saw a similar improvement and quickly returned to being able to manage the stairs comfortably and also the pedals in my car. I am really grateful for the help from this pillow! I am able to sleep without it now (if I want to) and probably wouldn’t take it with me on an overnight trip, but whenever the pain starts to niggle or if I get a sore back for any reason this pillow really helps.

I train very hard in the gym and often have issues with my lower back, hips, glutes and knees. I’ve used the pillow for about a week for a painful hip that gets worse overnight in bed. I used to wake up in pain every hour or so, but now only once or twice – I’m so pleased! It took a couple of nights to get used to it, but now it feels fine. Well made, and it’s long and deep enough to use without a strap round the leg to hold it in place. The pain has gone.most days ok it comes back now and again but nowhere near as bad as it was before I started using this what a difference. It does take a bit of getting used to the shape and size of the pillow but worth the persistence.

Dramatically Helped My Left Hip Pain
I had read reviews and was sceptical that it would help my left hip pain at night. I had purchased a new mattress, to no avail, so thought why not give this a go. I was SO surprised when I woke up from the first night’s sleep using it that the hip pain had eased and night after night has been much better. I suffer with lower back and hip pain and sciatica. I do a simple stretch in the morning and use the pillow at night and it has made a dramatic improvement to my hip pain and sciatica. Give it go. I wish I had purchased one a long time ago!

This item was promptly delivered and well packaged. It is very well made and shaped for use between knees. I used this between my knees in Bed at night in the hope it would help with a sciatica/buttock/hip problem I have. I tried it for a week but it gave no relief from the pain I have. It is made of a memory foam type material and I felt it was just too firm for my problem. I have returned to using a small pillow between my knees which helps and over time has lessened the pain. It seems a good/well made product but just didn’t work for me. I don’t know what to do with it now !!!

I’m using the pillow for a hip labral tear and slipped discs. It’s already helping with the discomfort at night. The pillow is excellent quality with a removable zip off cover. My ole man suffers from knee and back pain after standing on his feet all day, and he was always hogging the duvet to lift his knees up, whilst sleeping on his side. It became a little annoying. So I thought I would check out some pillows that may help. I read through a lot of reviews and different kinds and this one, was to me the best value, and the best reviews.The first night he said it felt great, but he fidgets (a lot) and lost it through the night. The second night was better so on and so forth. And now he cant sleep without it. It really helps with the pain, so when he gets up at 3am for work, he is not walking like he wet the bed. It actually helps a lot. Its not a cure obviously, but definitely a pain reliever. I would recommend, for those on their feet all day and have knee pain.

For the past 2 years I’ve suffered from from knee & hip pain, constantly turning in bed to try & get comfortable & rarely had a decent nights sleep. I just wish I’d known about the benefits of this knee pillow earlier, it’s so supportive, yet soft & comfy to use and since I started using it I’ve not been woken up once with pain. Highly recommend to anyone in a similar position, best £20 I’ve spent in a long time.

I thought I’d give this a go as i find myself groaning sometimes when I get out of bed. My back hurts and it’s literally a pain in the butt sometimes.Combined with this, I had just had an inguinal hernia operation so had to be careful with my scar.I’m pleased to say that it has worked well for me. Have had no back pain getting out of bed and the pillow has kept my legs nice and stable to protect the scar.It’s not perfect (for me), I find that I tend to lean over a little far, but maybe that’s me getting used to it.It’s a bit odd at first, but within three nights I was used to it. I thought that it would move about, but once settled, it stays put.So overall I would give it 4 stars. A good product that lives up to it’s description.

Hip pain disappeared overnight
I suffer with sciatica and wake up every morning with pain and stiffness in my hips and back. I have tried sleeping with a pillow between my knees before but always end up moving it, so I was sceptical whether this would work… but it does!!Takes a bit of getting used to, but for the first time in over a year I have woken up pain free. Helped relieve my hip pain in the first couple of nights
I had been suffering from hip pain for a few months, so that it was extremely painful to get into and out of bed and every time I moved, the pain would wake me up. Getting desperate for some quality sleep I decided to take a chance on this pillow. I was very skeptical as initially it didn’t feel comfortable or natural to sleep in the correct position, however, the first night I slept better than I had anticipated and the pain was probably halved by the morning, the next day I saw a similar improvement and quickly returned to being able to manage the stairs comfortably and also the pedals in my car. I am really grateful for the help from this pillow! I am able to sleep without it now (if I want to) and probably wouldn’t take it with me on an overnight trip, but whenever the pain starts to niggle or if I get a sore back for any reason this pillow really helps.

One of the best products I’ve purchased in ages
I train very hard in the gym and often have issues with my lower back, hips, glutes and knees. I felt this was not helped by my knees knocking together and my hips being out of alignment when I sleep on my side. After a recent bout of severe piriformis syndrome and the resultant debilitating sciatica, I decided to try this pillow rather than the large cushion I had been using and it has made a world of difference to my body. Relief in a short period of use !
Tried this item as I saw it advertised elsewhere . I’m 51 and a support worker caring for physically disabled adults and over the last few months started suffering with lower back , hip and thigh pain in the early hours of the morning which was waking me up and getting out of bed was a feat in itself , I put these symptoms down to age and my job ( never suffered before ) . I have now tried this pillow for a week now and although I still have slight pain on getting out of bed it’s not waking me up anymore , I shall continue to use it as I believe it’s a product that needs to be used continually to get the maximum benefit . If anyone is sceptical try one you have nothing to loose except pain .

This pillow is an absolute must. I’ve had bad back / leg pain over the past couple of weeks, and for the first few nights could hardly sleep due to not being able to get comfortable. A Lot More Comfort In Bed
Following a failed and infected Total Knee Replacement in Jan 2018, the knee implants had to be removed in Nov 2018 and I had a muscle flap operation on my leg in May 2019.I was having problems sleeping at night, only really able to sleep on my back, which is not a sleep position I am used to and I just could not get comfortable in bed.I am now 7 weeks post op after Stage 1 Revision of the TKR and at last I can ditch the knee brace and even the bulky dressings in bed.I bought this ‘Guillotine Block’- shaped pillow to try it out and I can now comfortably sleep on my back and both sides with the pillow supporting my leg so that I can sleep a lot better.I would recommend this item for similar post op conditions such as mine.

I’ve only used this for one night. I think it will take a bit of getting used to. Although I’m a side sleeper, I rather like having my upper leg over and on the bed, so not my natural sleeping position. It will take time to sleep in this new position, but could definitely feel the advantages. I suffer from pain in my knees on a more regular basis than back pain and it definitely relieved that. Can also see that sleeping with hips aligned will help when my back is aching. Harder than I thought it would be, but definitely does what it says it will. I’m pretty mobile during the night, so had to retrieve from the floor when I woke in the night.

I was suffering with excruciating sciatic pain, and was at my wits end when I was told to try a leg pillow. Good grief, this works. After the first night, I woke up feeling taller. It’s the only way I can describe it. The pain had eased tremendously and that awful ache deep in my bottom cheek had gone, my leg pain had eased and my perma-frown had lifted. I’ve been using it a week now and my back is only really troublesome if I’m sat in the car for any length of time.What I will say is that I have a love/hate relationship with it at bedtime. I absolutely despise it when I first go to bed. I moan about how I hate it, it’s hard and cumbersome, and I basically just miss how I used to sleep. But by morning, I’m totally in love with it. If I’ve rolled over, I’m dramatically seeking it and putting it back, and when I’m getting up in a morning, I’m full of verve, vigour and downright spinal alignment. Pain relief after 2 nights sleep!
Purchased this after suffering with lower back pain during the night for the past couple of months, which was keeping me awake. I was writing a review and it vanished! However, I am keen to let you know that I found this pillow to be fantastic. I am waiting for a hip operation and suffering associated pains. For years I have been using ordinary pillows strategically placed in my bed! Within a few days of using your pillow I have found that my pains are not nearly so bad in the morning. In fact, the difference showed after the first night of use!!! The Slumbar Pillow stays exactly where I put it before going to sleep which indicates that I am having a good nights sleep. God quality item at a reasonable price
I bought this pillow as I am troubled with sciatica and was willing to try anything. I was concerned as to whether I would be able to sleep comfortably with a pillow between between by knees but after a bit of fiddling to get it in the right position for me I dropped off to sleep quickly and was surprised when I woke up to find I had slept right through the night (an unusual occurrence for me!). It’s too early to say how much of an impact it will have on the sciatica but I feel confident it will help. The pillow is well made and good quality. Glad I bought it.
