The returns portal isn’t working. What do I do?

We’re very sorry about that. If you can’t submit your return request via the portal, please send an email to [email protected] or use our “contact us” form

My Trial period has ended. Can I still use the returns portal?

Unfortunately not. Only products that are within the 60-day trial period can be returned via the portal. If you still need to send your items back, please email us at [email protected]. Please note we will only accept your return outside of 60 days if your item is faulty and is eligible in accordance with the terms and conditions of our 12-month guarantee.

How do I package my items up for return?

You can use the original box or any other suitable box or packaging to return your Slumbar product. Simply affix the prepaid postage label and return to any royal mail post office.

When will I get my refund?

Once your items have arrived back with us, we will begin processing your return. Please allow up to 14 working days for your money to appear back in your account.

I used Buy now Pay later with Klarna, what happens when I return my item?

As soon as you initiate your return using the returns portal we will notify Klarna not to take your payment.
